In 8 weeks you will be taken through a rich exploratory process of study, engagement, and community conversation to FIND YOUR PILATES VOICE and live confidently in your identity as a teacher of the Pilates Method. You will be exposed to a depth of history and influence of the Elders and their lineages, so that you can better identify your place on the Pilates spectrum AND feel confident in HOW and WHY you teach the way you do.
