Are you an Instructor with burnout?
Do you know how to best manage your energy to maintain your health and keep enjoying your teaching?
Are you feeling unsure about how to navigate ALL the things that are out there to feel better again?
There is so much conversation about self care currently. I’m all here for chats about massage and green juice recipes. However, I want to dig deeper and teach you how to recognise the industry specific signs of burnout, learn how to ‘nip it in the bud’ to keep enjoying your teaching for years to come.
If you are currently feeling burnout, you are not alone. We will be discussing the steps you can take to best support yourself through this season of your life.
This is not a conversation about bubble baths, screen time or a meditation practice.
I’m here to talk about industry specific tips and tricks to help support ALL of us out of the bone deep fatigue we can encounter through teaching, long hours and pushing ourselves too hard.
During this free masterclass you’ll learn:
What burnout is, how it shows up in our industry and how you could be susceptible to it
What you can do to side step it by having certain professional systems in place which free up peace of mind
How you can bolster yourself to navigate the teaching hurdles that inevitably come up in our job
How to work through it when you can’t just stop and rest?
How you can level up your energy with the support of a strong community and clear understanding of your teaching framework

I will teach you how to wade through the industry BS and get crystal clear on how you want to serve your clients, so that you can feel reconnected to your work, excited by your craft, and – in doing so – call in more clients than ever before.
If you are serious about resourcing and re-nourishing yourself to refuel your teaching spirit, I hope you’ll join me. It’s going to be epic!
Join the LIVE masterclass: Thursday, 28 July at 12.30pm (BST)
Hi, I’m Andy MacDonald.
I’ve been teaching for just over 20 years in the contemporary and classical Pilates worlds. I originally trained with Polestar in New Zealand and went on to retrain with The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO in 2012.
I've lectured and been an educator for Polestar and the Pilates Institute.
I have a solid base of private clients that I love working with weekly. I also love teaching fledgling and seasoned teachers how to navigate the Pilates industry, its ups and downs while experiencing massive job fulfilment and getting booked solid.
I currently live in East London with my French husband and two adorable yet exhausting children.
